I’m a market research specialist using multiple techniques to get to discover what audiences are thinking and understand their needs.
What’s your story
I’ve been in research for over sixteen years, working for major brands in many different markets and countries all over the world. Most recently I worked as an insight specialist at an advertising company and before that I spent five years managing the qualitative retail work at IPSOS Mori London.
What are you most proud of?
Collaborating with WARL to develop a new methodology for a shopper research programme that was used by many big brands including Diageo. The approach we developed is still being used today.
